Luxury Cake
- 300g dark chocolate (this works out as 3 bars - two plain and one orange flavoured)
- 500g cream cheese, at room temperature
- 250g crushed digestive biscuits
- 50g icing sugar
- 50g melted butter
- juice of one orange
- cream, to serve
- Grease an 25cm baking tin. Melt the chocolate in a bowl sitting over simmering water. Once melted, take off the heat, stir in the orange juice and stir.
- Mix the melted butter with crushed biscuits and press into the bottom of the cake tin. Chill in the fridge for
fifteen minutes. - In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese to loosen before beating in the chocolate mixture. Spread onto the biscuit base and leave to set in the fridge for at least two hours. Decorate the top with orange slices and grated chocolate and serve with cream.
