Meat and fish
- 1kg beef mince
- 100g pancetta
- 4 chicken breasts
- 650g white fish fillets
- 500g lamb mince
Dairy and Eggs
- 120ml buttermilk
- 2tbsp crème fraîche
- 150g Parmesan
- 50g butter
Fruit/vegetables/herbs
- 4 onions

- 220g packet ready-to-wok Singapore noodles
